Sometimes when we are in a dark place, we think we’ve been buried…but what if we’ve actually been planted?
Who I work with
Many of my clients feel stretched, overlooked, or misunderstood. They are navigating challenges like ADHD, parenting, anxiety, or life transitions. I work with individuals who are high achieving, but constantly overwhelmed
Internal Family Systems is a highly experiential form of therapy. It invites us to get to know ourselves in a new way by exploring all our parts. IFS is evidenced-based to treat PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and physical health conditions.
Approach
My therapeutic style is relational, and integrates techniques from modalities that resonate with you
Brainspotting
Using our eyes, we can access neural pathways and begin to reprocess trauma. This is a somatic therapy that does not require talking. Brainspotting is an emerging therapy with evidence supporting its effectiveness at treating PTSD, trauma, and deep seated-emotional distress.
IFS
MCBT
We can increase our ability to observe ourselves, without judgement, and notice changes in our experience before they become overwhelming. Mindfulness based cognitive therapy is evidenced-based to reduce executive functioning difficulties in ADHD brains.
You’re holding a lot
Here, you don’t have to prove anything. You get to show up exactly as you are… together, we can work to process what your body has been holding onto, so you can build a steadier, more compassionate relationship with yourself, and those you care about
